As part of this rebranding initiative, I developed brand guidelines, and designed flyers, social media content, and merchandise to support the Vaca Profana block.
I rebranded Vaca Profana, a feminist carnival block in Brazil established in 2015, with the aim of challenging societal constraints on women. Through its brand, social movement, and Carnaval party, Vaca Profana uses the platform of Carnival to irreverently yet seriously communicate and protest for bodily autonomy. The goal of the rebranding was to foster a more inclusive and welcoming environment for the block, appealing to individuals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about gender equality. Irrespective of color, gender, social status, or age, the block embraces everyone.
